I think it's possible. By the way I'll try to upload my proposition for Indonesia - Malaysia - Philippines area.

My suggestions for Spain (Red is for the new province borders, pink suggested alternatives, blue for river borders and light blue for the real course of the river. The black signal is a question of "why that strip?"):

In addition, I think the Canary Islands should return to the one province/island distribution.

PS: In the Berga province (suggested Tremp or Viella Mitg Aran) you see a little cornered province. This is the Vall d'Aran, an Occitan-speaking land which can become a separate province (called Viella Mitg Aran) with it's own releasable country.

Most of your suggestions are OK. "Why that strip?" - I just wanted to split Córdoba and Sevilla, two Nationalist enclaves in Republican controlled Andalusia and I probably failed. I'm only not sure about that Occitan enclave, Andorra is separate province as it is and Independent country, also it would be the only one province based on Occitan claims as I just completely ignored those claims in France, for example borders of Vichy France were much more important.

Here is my first suggestion for Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines area:

Here is what I have currently for Australia and New Zealand, but... I think I've made it in wrong projection (Australian states borders should be more horizontal and vertical):

- Tasmania still to do
- I need some info about settlements in north coastal areas of Northern Territory (Arnhem Land and Barkly Tableland) and West Australia (Kimberley Plateau)
