Ok, if those are all impassable provinces, then it's no problem.

Changes in the Middle East and South America:

1. Jordan:

As it may be not clear enough:
- Old Transjordan - Saudi Arabian border implemented to make its borders more in WW1/WW2 style. The exchanged territory won't be represented as additional provinces as there were no population in those areas, but just sand.
- There are 4 provinces along the main railroad from Syria to Hejaz.
- The same amount of provinces - just 6. 3 of them will be at start of 1914 scenario under Ottoman control, 1 province (south-western triangle province) under Hejaz control and 2 eastern provinces under Arab (Jebel Shammar or whatever it was called then) control.

2. United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia:

Changes (red - new borders, orange - removed borders):
- Empty Quarter probably as impassable province.
- Added UAE claims over small coastal territory which connect it with Qatar.
- Empty Quarter cut from the sea.
- added one province on the east from Riyadh.

3. Guyana region (red - new borders, orange - removed borders):

Changes:
- British XIX/XX cent.claims over Venezuela added.
- Venezuelan claims over Brazilian state of Roraima added.
- British claims over Brazilian state of Roraima added.
- Brazilian claims over British Guyana added.
- Surinam claims over French Guyana added.
- French claims over Brazilian state of Amapa added.

4. Acre Free State border with Brazil drawn as one straight line:

5. Bolivia - Paraguay Area:

Changes:
- Bolivian claims over Brazil along Pantanal river added.
- Paraguayan claims over its every bordering country added (based on: ) - I'm not sure about all of them.

No, I think it's more or less clear for me, but thanks, if I'll have something to translate I'll post it here.

Before I'll back to drawing China, I'll implement changes to South America and Middle East. I think I could also add Bolivian claims over Argentina, their territories lost in XIX century which could be added as Bolivian claims or cores in at least 1897 scenario.

By the way, Kretoxian is working at river connections in this format, so even river names will be added:

Personally I prefer the older Jordan, but I assume this modification fits better with this timeline.

Ta-dammm:

DH-E3Map v0.3 (uploaded 14. July 2012):
http://www.mediafire.com/?pcf3ixcjsp0l99l

Map changes:
a) South America:
- Roraima, Amapa, Para, Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul areas
- correct Venezuelan claims in Brazil
- correct Bolivian claims in Argentina and Brazil
- correct Paraguayan claims in Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil
b) Europe:
- Montenegro - added Podgorica representing Albanian claims
- Albania - Vlore now is a small coastal province as suggested
c) Middle East:
- Jordan now in older borders
- correct Empty Quarter (with Ottoman-British spheres of influences border)
- Cyprus - added 2 small provinces representing British bases after Cypriot independence, not too important in this mod, but may be useful somewhere else.

Hejaz - Jebel Shammar:
